    Dongding Oolong Tea has an evident roasted flavor, a result of repeated slow roasting under high temperature every year. The tea which has a robust sweet and mellow aftertaste, a slight fire fragrance and roasted coffee aroma, belongs to medium roasted tea category.

  • Alishan tea plantation is located in Taiwan’s Chiayi County, at an altitude of 1,300 to 1,700 meters. The place is foggy throughout the day and has short daylight hours on the average. The bitterness of the tea tree’s buds is reduced, thereby increasing the tea leaf’s sweetness. The leaves are mostly irrigated with spring water, giving it a sweet and mellow taste, and strong chill high mountain flavor.
